When conflict arises in our community, our practice is to address the issue with the person closest to the situation. Teachers and families should communicate directly regarding academic and social concerns. Teachers and families communicate with the School Leader if the matter remains unresolved. The School Leader will coordinate a meeting with the affected parties and the Board of Directors when appropriate.
